VP Product at Intellect.
Enterprise SaaS, AI, marketplaces, and consumer. Before that, product at Grab, Ola, and Fabelio. Three-time founder, one exit.
I'm VP Product at Intellect, a regulated, multi-tenant enterprise SaaS platform in workforce mental health, regulated as a health platform (provider licensing, PDPA, GDPR, and PIPL data obligations, clinical governance, ISO 27001 and SOC 2). 4.5M+ covered lives across APAC, ANZ, China, and Latam, and $20M+ ARR. I lead a team of 20+ across product, design, content, localisation, and AI; it was 3 when I arrived. The revenue came from a pivot from consumer app to B2B2C. I led the product side of it, which meant building configurable compliance, enterprise billing, and multi-market deployment.
Before that I was Principal PM at Grab, leading Growth, Engagement & Loyalty for the consumer experience, plus Driver Rentals, where personalisation lifted onboarding success by 15 points to 94% and a rebuilt billing system saved $4.5M. At Ola I was the first product manager for Rentals, where the fraud was physical and the answer was telematics. At Fabelio I was the first senior product hire and built the product team.
Each of these was a product where a mistake cost somebody something: their safety, a driver's income, a car. I've shipped GenAI for triage, a chat companion, session preparation, and treatment formatting, and written three papers on AI safety and LLM evaluation.
I've also founded three companies. Croak.it!, a voice-based social app, reached one million recordings and an App Store top-ten spot before Exotel acquired it in 2015. Bhalu.com and Athlete Diaries did not make it, and I've written about exactly why.

My career has been defined by building products where getting it wrong has real consequences — from marketplace fraud at Ola to clinical safety at Intellect. The through-line is trust: how to build it at scale, how to protect it under pressure, and how to make it a competitive advantage rather than a compliance checkbox.
I believe the best product leaders are defined not by the frameworks they follow but by the judgment they exercise when those frameworks break down. AI has made this more true, not less. The PMs who thrive in 2026 won't be the ones with the tightest processes — they'll be the ones who know when to break them.
I write occasionally about scotch, mechanical watches, cities, goshuins, food, and other things that fascinate me. Not as lifestyle advice — more as simple notes on taste, attention, and the rituals people build around craft.
